Lone Pine Lake

Not sure, but this is might be the lone pine the lake is named after.

After taking a couple of side trips, Eric and Huimin were behind us. We reconnected at Lone Pine lake and hiked out together the next day.

Lone Pine Lake

Just to the west of Bighorn Park, a spur trail leads to Lone Pine Lake. We found this much less congested than Outpost Camp, and an ideal place to spend our last night on the JMT.
